Hi Ray,

In a recent post on this formu I asked abt T2 accordion sounds. NOW I KNOW!

From a struggling accordionist I think your recording sounds great.

Nicely done,
Don

Ray,
thank you for recording this beautiful song by Nino Rota.
I enjoyed your rendition and have just a little suggestion: to me the string patch you choose for the left hand sounds a bit too "heavy"; if I were to record this song, would choose a vocal sound (like a Hmmm choir) or maybe an Hammond patch.
Just my opinion, of course.

I like to thank everyone for their compliments.

Some of you commented about the string patch making a crescendo or heavy type of sound. I will agree with that observation and will refrain from using that sound for this type of song.

The song was just an experiment to hear how the accordion sounds. I was more concerned with finding the right accordion sound and didn't worry to much about the left hand sound. The sound that I used for the strings was called Movie Strings and that was the first time I ever used it.
